Falls, WI. Mike & Lynn have established themselves as the area experts in existing home sales and purchases,

seller's, buyer's, area builders and developers. The Bauman's have spent many years helping customers build and
buy & sell existing homes in the Greater Milwaukee area as well as working directly with builders and land
developers, giving them a unique perspective into all areas of home sales. Mike And Lynn have expertise in the 4
county Metro Milwaukee area.
Lynn is the prior Broker/Owner of Realty Executives-Northwest of Menomonee Falls. With over 25 years
experience in area Real Estate sales she has the knowledge and ability to guide you through the buying, selling or
building process. Lynn is well known for her negotiation and problem solving abilities.
Mike joined the Realty Executives team in 2000 after spending 5 years in the new construction business. Mike's
primary responsibilities are to serve as the exclusive sales agent for Joseph Douglas Homes & Remodeling. Mike
has 23 years of building and remodeling experience and one of the most knowledgeable in the area. Mike serves
as the current Secretary of the Metropolitan Builders association and sits on the Construction arbitration Board.
Mike is also a member of the Wisconsin Realtor's association Public Policy Committee.
